Jay McVean Graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, and will be overseeing the aqua therapy program for the Manual Physical Therapy Group. Jay has been a competitive swimmer for over 15 years, competing at both the high school and college levels. Mr. McVean served as the Assistant Aquatic Director at the YMCA. In that position he designed and implemented a vast range of aquatic programs. His specific expertise has most recently involved the individual customization of aquatic therapy protocols. He additionally has been assisting Mr. Justice as an exercise therapist for the past 2 years.

Mr. McVean is currently developing an advanced aqua therapy program utilizing a current-generating pool for the Manual Physical Therapy Group.
